1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Loanmezone website, application journeys, and related support services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms as updated from time to time.
2. Platform Role
Loanmezone operates as a facilitation and comparison platform. Loan approval, pricing, sanction, and disbursement decisions are made by the relevant bank, NBFC, or lending partner in accordance with their own policy and applicable law.
Submission on Loanmezone does not guarantee approval, sanction amount, interest rate, or disbursement timeline.
3. User Commitments
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details, employment details, income information, and uploaded documents submitted through Loanmezone are truthful and belong to you or are lawfully submitted by you.
- You must not submit forged, misleading, or third-party information without authority.
- You must not attempt to misuse OTP flows, upload workflows, or platform security controls.
- You must cooperate with reasonable verification requests required for processing or compliance.
4. Communications and Consent
By proceeding with an application, you consent to receive service and application-related communications from Loanmezone and its authorized partners through call, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. These communications may include OTPs, status updates, reminders, offers, and verification-related requests.
5. Liability and Changes
Loanmezone will use reasonable care in operating the platform, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Loanmezone disclaims liability for interruptions, third-party system failures, and lender-side decisions outside its direct control.
Loanmezone may update these terms to reflect operational, regulatory, product, or legal changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
